From the front door, stairs lead up to the bedrooms, bathroom and upstairs lounge. The two double bedrooms are to the front of the property and enjoys views of Latrigg. The twin bedroom is to the rear and overlooks the garden. A fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower, separate shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. The upstairs lounge has a balcony to the front providing excellent views towards Keswick and the fells beyond, while to the rear a wooden deck area provides a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy al fresco dining.

Quintok is set in its own attractive terraced garden with shrubs, flowers, a seating area and two small ponds. Parking is in the garage and on the adjacent driveway.
